Exchange Policy
Exchange is available within 3 days after delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item has been delivered. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Sale Items
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Bagsillia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product is used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or reported after the allowed time period.
